TNMP Outage Communications Terms & Conditions:
- If you opt in to receive proactive messages from TNMP Outage Communications, you can expect to receive information if an outage is reported that is affected your location. As information becomes available, new messages will be sent with updates to Cause and Restoration estimates.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 30184. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at 888-866-7456.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive no more than 10 per hour or it will auto pause for 24 hours. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The information below is designed to inform you of what information we collect, why we collect that information, and how we use it. TNMP or PNM Resources may, however, use that information internally to help better tailor to your interests and needs. We sometimes make changes to the Privacy Policy to comply with the various regulations that govern privacy practices.

TNMP does not share this information with third parties, except as it may be required to process your requests, to deliver marketing materials or to comply with governmental regulations. We provide our Service Providers with the information needed for them to perform these services on our behalf. Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Non-personally identifiable information includes:
- the IP address of your computer
- the type of computer or device you are using, etc.
This information allows us to deliver a positive user experience to you when using our site as well as to detect and prevent fraud. Note that the non-personally identification is not linked to any personally identifiable information you submit on our site.
