Download and print this PDF application if you don't have an advanced meter on your property and wish not to have one.


Your personal information

At the top-left, please enter:

  1. Your name.
  2. The service address where the meter is located.
  3. Your phone number.
  4. Your ESIID (which can be found on the monthly bill you receive from your retail provider).


Your payment

Please note that your one-time fee that you send to us must be either a cashier's check or a money order made payable to TNMP.
