TNMP maintains street lights in communities within its service territories. You can use this form to report maintenance issues with those lights.
Report Tampering & Diversions
You can anonymously report if you believe you have seen
TNMP equipment tampered with or if someone is diverting ("stealing") electricity in TNMP's Texas service territory using this form.

Swingovers
For Customers: Contact your retail provider - the company tha bills you - to request that your service be "swung over" from temporary to permanent service. Your retail provider must submit this request on your behalf.

Billing Disputes for REPs
Authorized REPs can submit billing disputes online.
Inadvertent Gain
Retail providers are asked to open a MarkeTrak notification if there has been an incidence of inadvertent gain, either by your company or another REP.
