1. Go to ERCOT to download the letter of authorization (LOA) doc
2. Complete the LOA.
3. Submit to TNMP via fax or e-mail.
   1. E-mail is preferred: LOA@tnmp.com
   2. Fax: 469-484-8623
4. We will e-mail the LOA back to you - with historical usage - within 3 business days.

Be sure to include the e-mail address to which we should return the LOA.
