Details

Eligible small business customers may receive:

A no-cost facility assessment to identify potential energy-saving opportunities
Recommendations and estimates of energy savings, project costs, and payback periods
Installation of approved energy-saving equipment by a local contractor
Ongoing reduction in energy use and costs

Eligible measures include:

LED lighting
Lighting controls
HVAC
Chillers
Motors
Variable frequency drives (VFDs)
Building Envelope
Roofing
Solar PV
Custom measures

Eligibility

Incentives are available to commercial-class customers served by a TNMP electric meter with a peak demand less than or equal to 200 kW. View qualifying service areas.
